S-T, LVT, LTC, SV, SH speak out in Opposition to Redistricting Draft Map

We had an impressive turn out at Pierce College today of opponents to the proposed draft map that has been released by the Redistricting Commission! Thank you everyone who spoke so eloquently in support of keeping the deeply bonded communities of Shadow Hills, Sunland-Tujunga, La Tuna Canyon, Lake View Terrace and Sun Valley intact!
And guess what? Not one speaker spoke in favor of breaking us up! Thank you to all that helped organize our communities and helped to make such a powerful impact today! Here is the video of our residents speaking at today’s hearing;
