How about the hundreds of illegal immigrants that are allowed to line the streets between Pinewood and Tujunga Canyon Blvd for the last 20 years. This isn’t allowed in La Canada or La Cresenta..no probelm in Tujunga though.
Maybe the fake businesses the money laundering shops that line the Blvd.
They don’t add much to the community.
Maybe the Dept of City Planning that allowed all those low income apartments that brought in gang activity, the mansionization law that came 10 years too late..
